There’s no charge to complete and send the MFCC claim check.
We keep the language plain and never treat a few answers as a guarantee that compensation is due.
You’ll see your answers, who receives the enquiry and the consent wording before you press submit.
You can complain directly and, where appropriate, use FOS or FSCS without paying a claims-management fee.
Current car finance information
The FCA launched its motor-finance redress scheme on 30 March 2026 for some agreements entered into between 6 April 2007 and 1 November 2024. Parts of the scheme are currently suspended while a legal challenge is heard, so lenders do not have to calculate or pay redress under those suspended parts right now. You can still complain to your lender for free. Personal Contract Hire (PCH) is not included.
Your choice
You may be able to complain directly to the relevant financial business and, depending on the issue, use the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme yourself for free.
